Janusz Migacz

Janusz Migacz est né à Gdansk, en Pologne. Il a d'abord étudié à Akademia Sztuk Pieknych W Ggansku / Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, pour ensuite poursuivre pendant cing ans son apprentissage avec le grand peintre polonais Kazimierz Ostrowski

Through the contrasts of striking shadows, elusive light and a moving body's finesse, Migacz expresses human passions and the precariousness of life.
His painting is above all intuitive and expressiveness plays a role of great importance in it. Human bodies in motion, particularly female forms, are the focal point in his work and he brings to life their powerful silent expressions on his canvas.
